A New Moon is the one phase nobody can point to in the sky, because the Moon sits between Earth and the Sun with its lit face turned away from us. The new moon personality is built on that same quality of being present without being obvious. People born here tend to start things from nothing, quietly, and are usually 3 or 4 steps in before anyone else notices anything has begun.

Instinct arrives before evidence for this type.
